Cen­ter Parcs Europe has built a com­plete­ly new hol­i­day park at Bostalsee lake in Saar­land. 500 hol­i­day homes as well as leisure and swim­ming facil­i­ties were built up over an area of approx. 90 hec­tars.  In devel­op­ing this park  ANSSP was com­mis­sioned  for the project man­age­ment, and to design the hol­i­day houses.

For the hol­i­day homes a new house type was espe­cial­ly devel­oped  for the require­ments of Cen­ter Parcs guests. Here, next to the spe­cial reuire­ments on both style and room lay­out, an opti­mal floor plan area was an essen­tial focus.
